Kim Rabito is a native of Marathon and the Florida Keys and is the daughter of Exit Associate, Lindsay Leonard. Kim is a graduate of Marathon High School and South Florida University.

Kim joined Exit in 2009 and brings with her almost 2-decades of experience in banking and finance. Kim has served as branch manager for national and local financial institutions and has been involved with all aspects of lending, including residential and commercial mortgage financing.
