Although only being in the Keys since 2000, Lynn Ritli is a 7th generation Floridian, residing mostly in the Northwest Central area of this Great State.

Working in the resort environment for the first few years here, she developed a keen knowledge of the local area. Upon graduation from high school, I answered my country’s call to duty by joining the US Navy. Upon completion of my tour of duty I continued serving the public by becoming a Paramedic/Firefighter. After my last assignment as county EMS Chief in a southeastern Ohio county, I chose to move to sunny Florida. I continued serving the public in Florida by obtaining my real estate license. Starting in the industry in 1975, as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin and selling a resort for a Real Estate developer. The Resort is still very active with resales.

Barbara Opened her own Real Estate business in the Keys until relocating to Jacksonville for six months. After discovering it was "Way Too Cold Up There" she returned to the Keys where she went back to being a Realtor.

Jerrye Crawford came back to Marathon Florida after 15 years in the Northern Palm Beaches working at Great Southern Realty originally as the office administrator and bookkeeper. Born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Kate spent summers at the beach and winters in hibernation. After earning degrees in psychology, criminal justice, and education, she decided it was time to pursue a career where the summer sun shines warmly all year long.

Upon arrival in Marathon, Kate spent five years as a marine mammal educator and dolphin trainer. It was a rewarding career and when it was time to move onto another adventure, she chose real estate.
