Born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Kate spent summers at the beach and winters in hibernation. After earning degrees in psychology, criminal justice, and education, she decided it was time to pursue a career where the summer sun shines warmly all year long.

Upon arrival in Marathon, Kate spent five years as a marine mammal educator and dolphin trainer. It was a rewarding career and when it was time to move onto another adventure, she chose real estate. Kate found her piece of paradise in the Keys and looks forward to a long career, helping buyers and sellers in this very unique environment.

Pam moved to the Keys in 1974 with her family. She attended Marathon High School and Florida Keys Community College where she recieved her degree in business. Pam has held an active Real Estate License since 1978. In 1981 Pam and her husband Kenny started a family. They now have 2 wonderful daughters and a beautiful Grand Daughter.

Pam has been very active in her community. Her family coporation has built 2 affordable housing units and was instrumental in bulding Rotary Park. Pam was a member of The Marathon Jaycees for 10 years and as President recieved the outstanding president's award from Ron Saunders.

Jerrye Crawford came back to Marathon Florida after 15 years in the Northern Palm Beaches working at Great Southern Realty originally as the office administrator and bookkeeper. In 1994 she became a licensed real estate agent, specializing in condominium sales. In 1972 Ben Daniels' father moved his family to Marathon for what he said would be 1 year to see if they liked living in the Keys.  Thirty Seven years later the Daniels family is one of the most well known families in Marathon and the Keys. Ben is a graduate of the Marathon School system and later earned a Bachelors Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

After College Ben knew his home was in the Keys, so he returned to Marathon to take a position with First National Bank as a Residential Loan Officer.  He learned early on that he enjoyed helping people obtain their dream home in Paradise. Ben had also worked at other local Banks and a mortgage company as a Real Estate Lender. Ben had won top honors at every institution that employed him.

In  1997 Ben decided to get his Real Estate license to get the knowledge that would help him, as well as his affiliates, buy and sell homes.  With over 20 Years of Banking and 10 years of Real Estate experience, Ben has developed skills that will benefit buyers and sellers in any market condition.

As a father of two great sons in the School system, Ben appreciates the local community and is very active in many civic organizations.
